One of ABR's key strategies is to be able to deliver instant on-line access to comprehensive property and land titles information throughout all states of Australia. Currently ABR is an official broker to several state Land Titles office databases including New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria with negotiations underway towards establishing brokerage facilities to other states. ABR's Titles On-Line web site therefore currently provides 'live time' access to the NSW LPI, QLD DNR and VIC Landata for all associated property searches available within each state including in each case -Titles, Plans and Dealings. The site also provides an ordering facility for requesting titles or associated documents in other states which are not at this time available on-line.
